  • Partnership Working

    Partnership Working

We are committed to positively working in partnership with our commissioners and other partners involved in our residents planning processes to bring about long lasting sustainable change for them.

This process begins immediately during the commissioning process where we make our intentions very clear. We do not accept referrals where the commissioners do not agree to regular care planning meetings to review the plans for our residents.

The courses that we offer are all geared around ensuring sustainable changes for our residents to enable them to make meaningful, long lasting changes in their lives.

  • Commission Us

    Commission Us

Contact us to discuss your bespoke needs as we have developed a flexible approach to our work which keeps the young person or young adult at the centre of our holistic approach to providing care and support services for vulnerable young people and young adults.

Where it is transportation to Court of for a specialist assessment; whether it is transportation to visit family or simply returning home to live, we are happy to discuss how we can help our residents with their transportation needs or any other support that they may require.

We receive good feedback from our residents and commissioners too.
